Revolutionary prose

The image reads, “Go and resist, come back and I’ll love you then.” It’s a reference to the expression, “Go and die, come back and I’ll love you then,” (the Armenian version of “you don’t know a good thing ‘til it’s gone”), while also incorporating the main slogan of the first half of the Velvet Revolution, #MerjirSerjin, (“resist Serj”), which called for the resignation of then leader of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan.
